These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in fitness classes and other services provided by Hybrid , located at Celbridge industrial estate , Celbridge . By attending classes or using the services of the Facility, you agree to the following:

### 1. **General Enrollment**
   - **Eligibility**: Participants must be at least [age requirement] years old to attend classes. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and any other prerequisites for participation.
   - **Class Registration**: All classes must be booked in advance through the Facility’s online booking system, app, or directly at the front desk. Enrollment is subject to availability.
   - **Waitlist**: If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and given the opportunity to enroll.

### 2. **Payment and Fees**
   - **Payment**: Payment for classes must be made prior to the class starting. Fees for classes may vary and are subject to change. A schedule of current rates is available at the Facility or on our website.
   - **Memberships**: If you purchase a membership, it is non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. We are unable to freeze memberships.
 
   - **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least 1 minutes  prior to the class start time to avoid a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the class fee. For members who decide to cancel prior notice of 30 days must be given . Specific cancellation rules may apply to membership programs.

### 3. **Health and Safety**
   - **Medical Clearance**: By enrolling in classes, you confirm that you have no health or medical condition that would make physical activity dangerous for you. You should consult your doctor before beginning any new fitness program.
   - **Liability Waiver**: You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in fitness classes, and you release the Facility, its employees, agents, and instructors from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation.
   - **Injury or Illness**: If you experience an injury or illness during class, immediately inform the instructor. You may be asked to stop participating in the class.

### 4. **Class Conduct**
   - **Behavior**: You are expected to behave in a respectful manner during all classes. Disruptive behavior, including inappropriate language, harassment, or failure to follow instructor instructions, may result in removal from the class and potential revocation of access to further classes.
   - **Personal Items**: The Facility is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Please keep your personal items secure at all times.

### 5. **Class Changes and Cancellations**
   - **Class Modifications**: The Facility reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any class, instructor, or schedule without notice. In such cases, participants will be notified and may be offered alternative classes or a refund for any affected class.
   - **Instructor Substitution**: Instructors may be substituted for a class in case of absence due to illness or other circumstances. 

### 6. **Intellectual Property**
   - **Class Content**: All class materials, routines, and intellectual property related to the Facility’s programs, including any videos or online content, are the property of the Facility and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

### 7. **Photography and Recording**
   - **Media Release**: By attending classes, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during classes or events. These images and recordings may be used for marketing or promotional purposes by the Facility.
   - **Personal Recordings**: You may not record or take photos during classes without prior permission from the Facility or instructor.

### 8. **Privacy**
   - **Personal Information**: The Facility collects personal information for the purpose of class registration and communication. Your information will be used in accordance with the Facility’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

### 9. **Term and Termination**
   - **Termination by Participant**: You may cancel your membership or class enrollment at any time, subject to the cancellation policy.
   - **Termination by Facility**: The Facility reserves the right to terminate your access to classes or services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including non-compliance with safety protocols, misconduct, or failure to pay required fees.

### 10. **Force Majeure**
   - The Facility will not be held liable for any failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

### 11. **Governing Law**
   - This Agreement is governed by the laws of the common law . Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
